One Dough

My wife and I attended a baking class today. Yes, I do like to cook and have a slight interest in baking but I was primarily there to support my wife.

It was interesting to learn what one can do with the same dough, from the morning favorite pan de sal to it's afternoon counterpart coffee favorite cinnamon roll. It was worth the time spent, as any learning endeavour is. After the class, we got to taste the products of 30 mins of kneading and mixing and 2 hours of cutting and moulding and baking, all this with smiles in our faces. Oh, we also came home with four boxes of assorted baked goodies that we made.
